This is my version of a cigar box purse. Who knew clay would stick to varnished wood and stay there after baking? More photos coming soon.




This is my "Vacation Tin" closed. It's faux jade inlay on Granitex clay.



Here's the tin open. There are clay koi, turtle, frog, and cat tails. The landscape is made out of lots of different stuff.

Why are husbands so hard to find gifts for? This was my solution a couple Christmas's ago. The box is clay-covered wood (for storage of pieces inside), and the pieces are mini portraits of Bill Gates and sculpted Tux the Linux Penguin. Linux rules.




Here is a jar I named "Romance". It's faux jade inlay on Granitex clay (yes, I was stuck in a rut).



Ah - love is on the jar. The two snails peeking out from under the leaf are clay with real shells and glass bead eyes.
